"Nice version of Da Hong Pao, higher rate of roasting, less percentage of aromatic essences. The colour of infusion is orange at the beginning then turns into dark brown. Keeps the typical taste and aroma of peaches with a greater addition of root scent of roasted bread crust. Recommendable is to use water of higher temperature, you can make 4 steeps of full taste."
